Six Sigma Green Belt Training
The Six Sigma Green Belt training blends classroom instruction on hard skills and exercises with real life project mentoring and problem solving. The ultimate goal of this program is to teach the participant to be a highly functional Six Sigma practitioner while also preparing them for the ASQ CSSGB certification exam. During the training, each participant will be assigned to a Six Sigma project team to solve a problem within their organization. Problem solving exercises, project mentoring, and presentation of project findings follow each day’s instruction.
Training attendees typically come from operations, quality and engineering staff functions. Many participants have some experience in process improvement and have a reasonable understanding of statistics and business processes. Attendees are immersed within the Lean Six Sigma business strategy and learn how it translates into operational excellence. Deployment discussions round out this half day session. The typical attendee’s title is manager, director, vice president, president, CEO, or CFO. This training session is delivered in one half-day session.
