Process Improvement projects are focused, custom designed events intended to create a robust process or attack some existing problem within your organization. These events typically involve team leadership and training your employees in the application of Lean and Six Sigma tools. Six Sigma Training and Workshops
Our Six Sigma training takes place in the classroom and the workplace. Six Sigma training programs are designed to transfer knowledge while providing a bottom line return for your organization. Our hard-skill based curriculum is designed to prepare the student for ASQ Certification exam(s) while applying the tools to real life projects. Lean Enterprise Training and Workshops
Lean training from The QL Group takes place in the classroom and the workplace. Our training programs in the Lean body of knowledge can be delivered as stand alone workshops or as action driven Kaizen events identified during a Value Stream diagnostic event. Either way, our training is action based and includes hands on application of the tool in the workplace. Most of our training programs also provide the knowledge to your employees to support their pursuit of SME professional certification as a Lean Practitioner. Lean Training workshops include the following standard offerings ; Kanban-Pull Systems, SMED Set-up Reduction, Cellular Design, Kaizen Team Training, and 5S Housekeeping .
Industrial Engineering and Process Simulation
We offer classical Industrial Engineering assistance as well as Process Simulations when they're necessary to model complex processes and optimize staffing or capacity allocations. This analysis tool is critical in service transactions including most healthcare and transactional processes. The key to success with this tool is the ability to determine the proper mathematical models with which to build the simulation.
